This procedure is for entrepreneurs in the field of innovative technology who implement new promising solutions. For this purpose they need to submit a company development plan to the state organization Business Finland and get approval.
Temporary residence status in Finland is granted for 2 years with the right of further extension. Having resided in Finland for 5 years, a foreigner with a Finnish residence permit can apply for citizenship.

Procedure details:
